We ship orders the most economical way possible. Generally we use USPS or FedEx. Orders usually ship the same day if we receive the order before 12:00 PM (MST). If we do not have a product in stock, in most circumstances we can ship in 24 to 48 hours of when your order is placed. We offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) if you need your order in a rush. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Air Service. We do ship to select International locations* using USPS. Some products cannot be shipped outside the continental US, or by air (fire extinguishers or extinguisher refill kits). We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. You can get a shipping cost estimate during checkout by entering your zip code using the estimate shipping calculator. Estimates are provided for US zip codes only.

Parts-If you receive a part from UPR that does not meet your expectation, please send it back for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Helmets- Helmets can be returned under the no hassle policy if they have not been wired for radios or customized in any other way by UPR or the end user.
Apparel-We understand that ordering racing apparel without the being able to try it on can be challenging and often apparel items do not fit the first time. If you order an Item that does not fit, we will exchange it for the correct size within 30 days after purchase. Nomex undergarments and custom embroider items are not returnable.
When ordering racing suits, we recommend using the Suit Sizing Calculator located on every racing suit product page or call one of the UPR crew members for over the phone sizing assistance. The UPR crew can accurately help you choose the correct size suit accurately based on your height and weight.
In the event of a return, please call 877 438 5872 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items returned must be in the condition in which they were received and in the original packaging; otherwise they will be returned or charged a restocking and repackaging fee. Apparel items being returned for exchange, must be free of dirt, grease, animal hair or a 20% restocking fee as well as any cleaning or recondition charges that may apply.
